A methodical study takes cognizance that the inward psychological transition needed for behavioral change for overall development and betterment, is a slow mental process, which people must traverse, to come to terms with new learning, skills and behavior. List building is definitely something that we hear about almost endlessly and it does indeed have its place in the marketing arena. This being said no one seems to mention how difficult it actually is to build one instead you hear how easy and quick it is if you have two brain cells. I am quite sure that I have at least three brain cells and let me tell you to take me more than a few days or months to build up a list of people long enough to even call it a list. Now that I have put in the time and yes money I would have to agree that it was well worth the effort and frustration.

I am by no means saying that I am making millions or even tens of thousands per month but at least I can say with honesty it adds to my monthly income. If you are trying to build a list to make buckets and buckets of money by tomorrow you are fooling yourself or letting a so called guru con you. If on the other hand you are trying to build up an actual business on the internet than it is worth the trouble. The thing about a list compiled over time from your business, you are gaining a following of individuals who are at least interested in your product and what you have to say. For more detail go to: www.autoresponder-money.com.  In time with great products and great service you build a trust and relationship with your customers. The same principles should be at work whether you are building a business over the internet or on off line business.

Your list should be used to give your customers legitimate and useful information. For some reason many marketers think that it is acceptable to bombard the individuals on their lists with endless deals and so called new products hoping that something sticks. I personally have cancelled subscriptions to lists just because I got sick of opening endless emails to find out they were useless and repetitive. The most humorous and yet annoying is when someone is trying to sell you something you have already purchased. It should be remembered that most individuals originally sign up for information and if you switch gears and turn your newsletters and emails into constant sales pitches your list will shrink very quickly. You must ask yourself, would you make the same endorsements and claims on a constant basis if you were facing these people face to face, if the answer is no than don’t do it. For more detail go to: www.autoresponders-unlimited.com.Occasional offers that you are willing to put your reputation on the line for are acceptable and will lead to continued sales and a dedicated following.

The other responsibility you have to your list is to send only the best quality information. If you don’t have anything you can be proud of, don’t send it. Individuals would rather get information once or twice a month that is worth their time to read than crap on a daily or weekly basis. Your list isn’t going to revolt because they are not getting information every other day, they will revolt when you send those pages of garbage and waste their time. If this is your practice it won’t take long for before your emails head straight to the deleted files. I have personal experience and I am sure you have as well, when you thought it would be interesting to get information from an individual because their website looked interesting and they looked like they knew what they were talking about only to find out they were full of hot air. Don’t treat your potential customers the same way.

Achieve Business success with Creative Insight – a Unique Life Skill you can gain from an Unusual Source.

By Dennis Fisher

Practical experience – the result of years of training in a particular field – is often an important factor in business success.  But there are occasions when it can prove to be a disadvantage in the highly competitive business world.

Years of experience, know-how and familiarity doing the same task over and over again often leads to rigidity in thinking and a lack of creativity in approaching problems from a new, original and entirely different perspective.

One often hears people, who have been involved in the same line of for a long time boast about their expertise of in the following manner:

”There’s nothing anyone can teach me about this job. I really know what I’m doing. I’ve had twenty years experience”.

But what this often means is that this particular person has had one year experience twenty times!

Instead of learning by experience, the person has repeated the process of dealing with a situation in the identical manner over and over again. Psychologists define learning as the process by which changes in behavior are brought about as a result of experience or practice

Experience and practice; trial and error; are important processes. But changes can also be brought about by another process. It is creative insight.

WHAT IS CREATIVE INSIGHT?

It is the ability to solve a problem by understanding the relationship between the problem and various objects or situations that may appear to be completely unrelated.

An important landmark breakthrough in animal psychology dramatizes this concept of creative insight and insight learning.

Professor Kohler in his important work “The Mentality of Apes” gave an account of his study of the mind of the chimpanzee in Teneriffe, in which he demonstrated that apes vary as much in intelligence as human beings.

The apes were given the task of trying to reach bananas, placed high above their heads. When the sticks were placed close to the bananas most of the chimpanzees had no difficulty in using them to drag down the bananas.

But when they were placed a good distance away from the bananas, only some of the chimpanzees were able to understand there was a relationship between the end goal of the bananas and a method which would enable them to reach their goal.

The sticks had to be perceived in a special way before they could be used effectively. The sticks had to be perceived as a tool, a step or link in the process of achieving the objective. A few chimpanzees were able to demonstrate an even more striking example of creative insight.

The bananas were placed so high above the head of the chimpanzee that one stick alone would not be long enough reach them. Two sticks were placed at a fair distance from the chimpanzees. One stick was a little narrower than the other and there was an opening in the thicker stick that made it possible for one stick to be inserted in the other to create one long stick.

The apes first tried to attach one stick to the other but then abandoned the attempt after finding they continually fell apart. Finally, as if suddenly inspired by a flash of genius – in effect creative insight – the apes discovered that it would be possible to insert one stick into the other to achieve their objective. It was not so much a process of trial and error as a demonstration of creative insight.

If creative insight a faculty that apes were able to develop, then clearly it is a skill that can be of even greater benefit to humans.

CAN THIS FACULTY OF “CREATIVE INSIGHT” BE LEARNED AND DEVELOPED?

Certainly.   Psychologists have spent many years identifying and studying the life skills people need in order to become successful, not only in business but in many other different areas.

They have studied every personality feature and characteristic of people who have distinguished themselves in different fields and firmly believe it is possible to develop similar effective life skills.

And one of the most important life skills is the ability to make use of creative insight.

In order to be successful in business you cannot rely on luck. Neither can you rely completely on years of practical experience. In order to be successful you have learn to do things in a new, original and creative way. You have to make use of your creative imagination – your creative insight.

There are courses available to that can help you acquire this important life skill that can make the difference between success and failure.

Starting a Remote Controlled Car Business

Starting a remote controlled car business is a serious commitment to a hobby that many people take seriously. However, it isn’t the business decision most people would care to take since it focuses on an enthusiast market. However, if your passion is for this hobby, and you know where to find other people with this same passion, then you have, at least, the first qualification of a good RC businessman.

If you are considering opening a remote-controlled car shop, then consider the following while planning the course of your business.

1. Passion.

This is the most important question you must ask yourself before starting a remote controlled car business. Do you have the passion for remote controlled cars? While it is possible to still start this business even if you do not have much of a passion for this hobby, an innate love for RCs definitely helps.

This is because as a remote controlled car fanatic yourself, you will be aware of the latest innovations in the hobby. This is knowledge you could incorporate into your business. You will also be keenly aware of the needs of the enthusiasts – be they beginners or experienced. Knowing what your market wants also gives you a great advantage on knowing what they need. And filling their needs is what makes a good business tick.

2. Associations.

It would be great if you knew your market. If you have contacts with a few RC associations then that would be great. You would have a virtual gold mine of potential customers to help keep your business afloat. Always keep yourself in the know regarding the latest in radio controlled technology and try to keep abreast of all the new developments.

This way your shop becomes more than just a place to sell remote controlled cars; it also becomes a place to sell the idea of having fun with remote controlled cars.

3. Producers.

As a retailer, your first goal is to find a wholesaler of remote controlled car parts, models, and stocks. Make sure you find out which wholesalers give the best prices and the best terms. Make sure you stock up on the most popular parts around. But don’t forget to get a controlled amount of pretty much everything else just to make sure your store is comprehensive.

4. Business Sense.

Business sense is important in any business. You should learn how to take inventory of your stock, anticipate demand for certain parts, and keep the ratio between supply and demand stable. Also, you should keep good accounting records of your cash inflow and your expenses.
